Our rates are per room per night including breakfast and all taxes, and are quoted in South African Rand. Single rate available on request.

Our rates are per room per night including breakfast and all taxes.
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation.
The balance of accommodation is payable on your arrival day.
To secure bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable upon reservation.
Should you shorten your stay with us, it is left at the discretion of Rutland Lodge to charge you the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed.
Children under 12 are not allowed except when the whole Lodge is booked by the same party

Our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made prior to arrival date:
In excess of 30 days: fully refundable but may incur a maximum 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
30 days or less: 50% of deposit is non-refundable.
15 days or less: full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
7 days or less: total value of accommodation costs will be charged.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and subject to the ability to re-let the suite.
